well after fights at home i think it is time to become a man and get myself an appartment. i think i am going to try to bunk up with friend krisisex!(shes so awsome) and maybeone or 2 more would be great. i realy think i could do it though.

im realy kind of nervous i have never done anything like this before... i know it is not aas easy as it sounds and i dont know if i can do it...

any advice?

I think renting a place probably is as easy as it sounds, if you are employed and there are decent places for rent available where you live. I've never had a problem renting an apartment, even in expensive, crowded Santa Cruz. Have a couple of good references ready -- landlords always ask for them and usually call them -- and have the people you want to live with already decided on when you interview to rent the place. Landlords want stability; I've always gotten the feeling that they're looking for people who want to stay in one place for at least a year.

The shitty part about applying for apartments is that a lot of places are run by agencies that require an application fee, and almost everywhere will ask for two months' rent and a deposit at move-in time. So it's expensive to start out. But ultimately, being independent & having your own place is worth it!

thanks... i havent the money to do it and i dont think krisi is going to want to be around me any more anyway...
